Important Note: Since we provide digital services and software development, traditional "shipping" does not apply. This policy explains how we deliver our digital products and services.
1. Digital Delivery
All our services are delivered digitally through the following methods:

- Hosting Deployment: Direct deployment to your hosting/server when applicable
- Access Credentials: Secure transfer of login credentials and access information
- Documentation: Complete project documentation and user guides
2. Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines vary by project type:
- Basic Web App: 7 days
- AI Chatbot: 14 days
- Full Stack App: 30 days
- Web3 Wallet: 45 days
- Game Development: 60 days
- Custom Projects: As per agreement
Timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and client feedback cycles.
3. Delivery Process
Our standard delivery process includes:
- Project Completion: Development and testing phase
- Client Review: Presentation of completed work for review
- Revisions: Implementation of requested changes (within package limits)
- Final Delivery: Transfer of all project files and assets
- Documentation: Provision of setup instructions and documentation
- Support Handover: Briefing on maintenance and support
4. Delivery Methods
We use secure methods for delivering digital products:
- Cloud Storage: Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive
- Version Control: GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket repositories
- Email: For smaller files and documentation
- FTP/SFTP: Direct server upload when applicable

5. Access and Credentials
Upon project completion, you will receive:

Security Note: All credentials are shared through secure channels. We recommend changing passwords after receiving access.
6. Delivery Confirmation
Delivery is considered complete when:
- All project files are transferred and accessible
- Client confirms receipt of deliverables
- Project meets agreed specifications
- Final payment is received (if applicable)
7. Delays and Extensions
Delivery may be delayed due to:
- Scope changes requested by client
- Delayed feedback or approvals
- Technical complexities discovered during development
- Third-party service dependencies
We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize impact on delivery timelines.
8. Post-Delivery Support
After delivery, we provide:
- Warranty Period: Bug fixes and minor adjustments (typically 30 days)
- Documentation Support: Assistance with setup and configuration
- Knowledge Transfer: Explanation of code structure and functionality
- Extended Support: Available as add-on service
9. International Delivery
Since our services are digital, we can deliver to clients worldwide. There are no geographical restrictions or additional shipping charges. All deliveries are made online regardless of your location.
10. Delivery Issues
If you experience issues with delivery:
- Contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp
- Provide your project reference number
- Describe the specific issue
- We will resolve delivery issues within 24-48 hours
11. Physical Products
Currently, we do not offer physical products. All services are digital. If this changes in the future, physical shipping policies will be updated accordingly.
