3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed upon before project commencement. We accept payments through various methods as discussed during project negotiation. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.

4. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, client feedback, and scope changes. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to deliver projects within agreed timeframes.

5. Revisions and Changes

The number of revisions included in each package is specified in the service description. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. Major scope changes may require a new quote.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for the completed work will be transferred to the client, except for any third-party components or libraries used, which remain subject to their respective licenses.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Provide clear project requirements and feedback
• Respond to queries and requests in a timely manner
• Provide necessary materials, content, and access as required
• Make payments according to agreed terms

8. Limitation of Liability

We strive to deliver high-quality services, but we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

9. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose project details or sensitive information to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Payment for completed work is due upon termination. Any work in progress will be delivered as-is at the time of termination.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation, and if necessary, through appropriate legal channels.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
